Reception girls Hoang & Kha were always happy and smiling. Both spoke good English and very helpful. Good hotel on the edge of tourist area with plenty of eating places, but hotel was very quiet. Ive used this hotel each year when I visit HCMC.

Location is excellent, walked to Bui Vien Walking street, Starbucks, Ben Thanh, Museum, Water Puppets etc. Very clean, comfortable beds, very quiet surprisingly! Hardly heard any noise. Food and markets just downstairs. Park and exercise across the road. Western cafes downstairs as well which the kids liked, and egg coffee

Very good location , close to all types of market and restaurants , Staff and owner were good and kind , value of money , breakfast was nice and included , room and bed nice and comfy
